清喉利咽颗粒联合头孢他美酯治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究慢性咽炎应用清喉利咽颗粒联合头孢他美酯治疗的临床疗效。方法按照随机表法将本院2020年1月至2021年6月期间收治的慢性咽炎患者72例分为使用头孢他美酯治疗的对照组(n=36)和使用清喉利咽颗粒联合头孢他美酯治疗的实验组(n=36),对比两组治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(97.22%vs 77.78%,P<0.05);实验组临床症状消失、缓解时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组血清IL-2、TNF-α水平相比治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),实验组TNF-α低于对照组,IL-2高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清喉利咽颗粒联合头孢他美酯治疗慢性咽炎的疗效显著,能有效抑制炎性反应,快速缓解多种临床症状。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qinghou Liyan granule combined with cefetamet pivoxil in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods According to the random table method,72 patients with chronic pharyngitis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were divided into the control group(n=36)treated with cefetamet pivoxil and the experimental group(n=36)treated with Qinghou Liyan granule combined with cefetamet pivoxil.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(97.22%vs 77.78%,P<0.05).The clinical symptoms disappeared and remission time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum IL-2 and TNF-αin 2 groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),TNF-αof experimental group was lower than that of control group,IL-2 was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinghouliyan granule combined with cefetamet pivoxil has significant efficacy in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis,which can effectively inhibit inflammatory reaction,quickly relieve a variety of clinical symptoms.
