疼痛全程护理在小儿扁桃体炎中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究疼痛全程护理在小儿扁桃体炎中的应用价值。方法择取在本院就诊的78例扁桃体炎患儿,接收时间段介于2020年1月至2021年12月间。通过计算机随机分组法规范分组,对照组纳入实施常规围手术期护理的39例患儿,观察组则纳入实施疼痛全程护理的39例患儿。对比各组的干预效果。结果观察组干预后的FLACC评分低于对照组,扁桃体肿大与咽痛消失时间均短于对照组,假膜形成时间、创面愈合时间与住院时间亦短于对照组数据,患儿家属满意度数据高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对接受手术治疗的扁桃体炎患儿实施疼痛全程护理可有效减轻其咽痛症状,有助于患儿尽快恢复,还可提升患儿家属满意度。Objective To study the application value of pain whole-course nursing in children with tonsillitis.Methods A total of 78 children with tonsillitis who were treated in our hospital were selected,and the receiving period was between January 2020 and December 2021.Standardized grouping by computer randomization method.The control group included 39 children who received routine perioperative care,and the observation group included 39 children who received full-course pain care.The intervention effects of each group were compared.Results The FLACC score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group,the disappearance time of tonsil enlargement and sore throat were shorter than those of the control group,and the time of pseudomembrane formation,wound healing time and hospitalization time were also shorter than those of the control group,and the families of the children were satisfied.The degree data was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course pain nursing for children with tonsillitis who received surgical treatment can effectively relieve the symptoms of sore throat,help the children to recover as soon as possible,and also improve the satisfaction of the children’s family members.
