摘  要:在面对冲击产生时,利益相关方的资源和认知能力是重大工程项目治理和危机应对的关键因素。基于关系契约理论和资源基础观,以组织认同和资产专用性为中介,建立契约柔性和资源重构影响组织韧性的结构模型,使用PLS-SEM算法分析重大工程项目调研问卷数据。研究表明:契约柔性和资源重构对组织韧性有显著积极影响;契约柔性和资源重构对组织认同和资产专用性有显著积极影响;组织认同对组织韧性有显著积极影响,资产专用性对组织韧性影响不显著;组织认同部分中介了契约柔性和组织韧性间的关系及资源重构和组织韧性间的关系,资产专用性部分中介作用不显著。研究结果可为重大工程项目组织韧性治理提供理论依据。In the face of interference,the resources and cognitive ability of stakeholders are the key factors in the governance and crisis response of megaprojects. Based on the relational contract theory and resource-based view,a structural model of the effect of contract flexibility and resource reconfiguration on organizational resilience was established with organizational identity and asset specificity as the intermediary. The PLS-SEM algorithm was used to analyze the questionnaire data collected from megaprojects. The results show that contract flexibility and resource reconfiguration have a significant positive impact on organizational resilience.Contract flexibility and resource reconfiguration have significant positive effects on organizational identity and asset specificity.Organizational identity has a significant positive impact on organizational resilience,while asset specificity has no significant impact on organizational resilience. Organizational identity mediates the relationship between contract flexibility and organizational resilience as well as the relationship between resource reconfiguration and organizational resilience,while asset specificity has no significant mediating effect. The results provide a theoretical basis for the management of organizational resilience in megaprojects.
