摘 要:作为一类复杂优化问题,工程项目的多目标优化具有重要实践价值,因而受到工程管理领域学界和业界的广泛关注。提出的工程项目多目标优化问题旨在根据工期、成本、质量、安全、环保五维目标之间的关联,合理安排工程实施进度计划及项目资金投入,从而实现对五维目标统筹兼顾、综合优化。针对问题具有五维目标这一高维多目标优化特征,设计NSGAIII算法有效求解Pareto解集,分别采用分层序列法和理想点法、功效系数法从Pareto集合中选择最优方案,并通过工程案例验证算法的有效性。As an optimization problem regarding complex system,the multi-objective optimization of engineering projects has an important value in practice. As a result,scholars and practitioners in the field of engineering management have been widely concerned about this problem. To achieve reasonable optimal integrated optimization of the five-dimensional objective,the multi-objective optimization problem of construction project proposed in this paper aims to arrange the project implementation plan and capital investment reasonably according to the complex relationships within the five-dimensional objective including time,cost,quality,safety,and environmental protection. Considering the fact that the problem regarding the five-dimensional objective researched in this paper has a multiple-objective optimization feature,the NSGA-III algorithm is designed to effectively solve the Pareto solution set;then,the hierarchical sequence method,the ideal point method,and the efficacy coefficient method are used to select the optimal solution from the Pareto set. Finally,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by applying it to an engineering case.
