摘 要:目的:探讨八段锦对慢性腰肌劳损患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2019年10月-2020年3月山西医科大学第二医院收治的慢性腰肌劳损患者80例为观察对象,以国家体育总局2003年颁布的新编八段锦健身功法为基础,山西医科大学第二医院中医科自行录制的“健康宣教八段锦”视频为教习课件。比较患者习练前、习练3个月、6个月时患者腰部疼痛、腰部功能、焦虑及抑郁情况及生活质量。结果:习练前、习练3个月、6个月视觉模拟评分法、Oswestry功能障碍指数、医院焦虑与抑郁评分量表呈下降趋势,日本骨科协会腰痛生活质量评分法评分呈上升趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:习练八段锦可改善慢性腰肌劳损患者腰背部血液循环,锻炼腰背部肌肉,防治腰肌劳损,强筋壮骨,调节情志的,减轻疼痛,提高患者生存质量,改善患者腰部功能。Objective:To explore the effect of Baduanjin on the quality of life of patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods:80 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain admitted to the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from October 2019 to March 2020 were selected as observation subjects.The new Baduanjin exercise method promulgated by the State General Administration of Sports in 2003 was used as the basis,and the video"Health Education Baduanjin"recorded by the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University was used as the teaching material.The patients'back pain,back function,anxiety and depression,and quality of life were compared before,at 3 months and 6 months of practice.Results:The visual analog scale,Oswestry dysfunction index,and hospital anxiety and depression rating scale showed a decreasing trend before practice,at 3 months and 6 months of practice,and the Japanese Orthopedic Association Low Back Pain Quality of Life Scale scores showed an increasing trend,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Practicing Baduanjin can improve blood circulation in the lumbar back of patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain,exercise the muscles of the lumbar back,prevent lumbar muscle strain,strengthen the muscles and bones,regulate the mood of,reduce pain,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the function of the lumbar region of patients.
