快速康复外科护理理念在腹腔镜肝脏切除术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析快速康复外科护理理念在腹腔镜肝脏切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年2月-2021年2月扬州友好医院行腹腔镜肝脏切除术的患者98例为观察对象,依照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各49例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予快速康复外科护理理念,比较两组患者围手术期指标、炎性指标、营养指标、并发症发生率。结果:观察组下床活动时间、首次排气时间、排便时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1、3、7 d,观察组白介素细胞6、C反应蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1、3、7 d,观察组前白蛋白水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于快速康复外科护理理念护理可加快腹腔镜肝脏切除术患者恢复速度,提高手术安全性,降低手术炎性反应,改善营养指标。Objective:To analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing concept in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy.Methods:98 patients who underwent laparoscopic hepatectomy in Yangzhou Friendship Hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected as observation subjects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,49 cases each.The control group was given conventional care,and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing concept on the basis of the control group.The perioperative indexes,inflammatory indexes,nutritional indexes,and complication rates of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The time to get out of bed,time to first exhaustion and time to defecation were shorter in the observation group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 7 d postoperatively,the levels of interleukin cell 6 and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,3 and 7 d postoperatively,the prealbumin level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Care based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing can speed up the recovery of laparoscopic hepatectomy patients,improve surgical safety,reduce surgical inflammatory response,and improve nutritional indexes.
