摘 要:核电站不锈钢水池对接带垫板焊缝采用热丝TIG自动焊焊接时,因覆面板与拍片槽偶有组装贴合不严的情况,在焊缝区域易出现未熔合等缺陷。为解决该问题,制作1∶1模拟试验件进行焊接、无损检测,进行原因分析,找到焊接缺陷发生的根源,通过防治措施验证试验,进一步验证防治措施的正确性。整个模拟和验证试验均按照现场环境、条件、程序进行,真实还原出现缺陷后,该防治措施的有效性。通过分析焊接缺陷的原因,总结经验,制定防治措施,改善热丝TIG自动焊焊接质量,提高焊接一次合格率。When the butt weld with backing plate of stainless steel pool in nuclear power plant is welded by hot wire TIG automatic welding, due to the severe working conditions of the cladding panel and the film groove on the spot, there are occasional cases of loose assembly and fitting, and defects such as incomplete fusion are apt to occur in the weld area with loose fitting. To solve this problem, a 1∶1 simulation test piece is manufactured, and the root causes of welding defects are found based on the cause analyses of the simulation welding and nondestructive testing results. The correctness of the prevention and control measures is further verified through testing. The whole simulation and verification tests are carried out in accordance with the site environment, conditions and procedures to truly reactivate the effectiveness of the prevention and control measures after the defects. The welding quality of hot wire TIG automatic welding is effectively controlled, and the first-time-through of welding is improved by analyzing the causes of welding defects, summing up experience and formulating preventive measures.
