摘  要:为分析顶推法在高架钢箱梁桥施工中的应用效果,以某桥梁工程为例,采用有限元模型模拟桥梁工程,构建桥梁模型,结合钢箱梁抗倾覆稳定性计算,并基于模糊分析的桥梁风险概率和风险损失结果,判断该技术的施工效果。结果显示,施工处于工况3时,钢箱梁产生不均匀应力,并影响稳定性,且在多种荷载组合下,钢箱梁的梁结构存在集中应力现象;顶推法在施工过程中,端部支点发生脱空现象,显著影响钢箱梁的抗倾覆稳定性,稳定系数低于2.5,轴线偏移距离大于30cm后,抗倾覆稳定性显著下降,风荷载对钢箱梁施工的影响较小,工况3的风险概率约0.02,存在较低的风险损失。施工过程中,可结合实际情况实行调整和控制,保证桥梁施工质量。In order to analyze the application effect of the jack-in method in the construction of elevated steel box girder bridge, a bridge project is taken as an example. The finite element model was used to simulate the bridge project, and a bridge model was constructed. Combined with the calculation of anti-overturning stability of steel box girder, the construction effect of the technology was judged based on the bridge risk probability and risk loss results of fuzzy analysis. The results show that when the construction is in working condition Ⅲ, the steel box girder produces uneven stress and affects the stability, and under various load combinations, the beam structure of the steel box girder has concentrated stress. During the construction process using the jack-in method, the end fulcrum is separated, which significantly affects the anti-overturning stability of the steel box girder. When the stability coefficient is less than 2.5 and the axis offset distance is greater than 30 cm, the anti-overturning stability decreases significantly. The influence of wind load on the construction of steel box girder is small. The risk probability of working condition Ⅲ is about 0.02, and there is a low risk loss. In the construction process, adjustment and control can be made in combination with the actual situation to ensure bridge construction quality.
