摘  要:超高层结构核心筒通常随高度变化布局发生变化,导致施工过程中内爬塔式起重机无法连续爬升,需在高空转换爬升方式。在北京市CBD核心区Z2b地块商业金融项目中,由于外挂基础安装难度大、施工工期长、技术经济性差、爬模干预等问题,根据设计与计算爬升辅助钢架、外附塔式起重机基础结果,安装预埋件、爬升辅助钢架、爬升夹持钢梁、塔式起重机,进行基础转换,并安装附墙拉杆和顶升套架,拆除夹持钢梁及爬升辅助钢架后,实现塔式起重机由内爬式向外附式的转换。The core tube layout of super high-rise structure usually changes with height, which results in the failure of continuous internal climbing of climbing tower crane during the construction process and the change of the climbing mode at high altitude. In a commercial and financial project of Z2b block in the core area of CBD in Beijing, due to the problems of difficult installation of external foundation, long construction period, poor technical economy and climbing formwork intervention, etc., and based on the design and calculation of the foundation results of climbing auxiliary steel frame and external tower crane, the embedded parts, climbing auxiliary steel frame, climbing clamping steel beam and tower crane are installed to carry out foundation conversion, and the attached wall tie rod and jacking sleeve are also installed. After removing the clamping steel beam and climbing auxiliary steel frame, the internal climbing tower crane is transformed into the external attached tower crane.
