摘  要:北京公司动环运维团队深耕机房动力环境监测控制领域,聚焦机房热通道散热问题,将老旧不间断电源(Uninterruptible Power Supply,UPS)风扇变废为宝,创新集成风扇模块变风量控制和自动引导车(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)小车寻址技术,定制开发矩阵智控风扇,通过温度传感器、微控制单元(Microcontroller Unit,MCU)控制板、动环监控单元(Field Supervision Unit,FSU)采集器、后台网管算法集成控制,完成整体风扇组建的机房多点+自学习+变风量散热功能。风扇组建预留干冰、水平等放置空间,作为风扇组件的应急冷源输出。The dynamic environment operation and maintenance team of Beijing company is deeply engaged in the field of monitoring and control of the power environment of the machine room,focusing on the heat dissipation of the hot channel of the machine room,turning the old Uninterruptible Power System(UPS)fan into a treasure,innovating the integrated fan module Variable Air Volume(VAV)control and Automated Guided Vehicle(AGV)car addressing technology,customizing and developing the matrix intellgent and control fan,and integrating the control through the temperature sensor Microcontroller Unit(MCU)control board dynamic environment Field Supervision Unit(FSU)collector background network management algorithm,Complete the multi-point,self-learning,VAV cooling function of the machine room built by the overall fan.Dry ice and horizontal space are reserved for the fan assembly as the emergency cold source output of the fan assembly.
