摘　　要：水冷系统中庞大且错综复杂的管路系统,是数据中心机电工程中施工最为复杂、难度较大、周期最长的工序。从工程实践的角度出发,在满足工程可实施性、施工规范性及便于操作维护等要求下,专门针对水冷管路系统的工艺设计难点研究了解决策略,总结了管路系统设计的管径速查表、水平干管各部分组成占用水平空间高度速查表以及垂直空间高度要求速查表,同时列举了工程实践中需要注意的诸多细节问题与经验。The large and complicated pipeline system in the water cooling system is the most complex,difficult and long-term process in the construction of the data center electromechanical engineering.From the perspective of engineering practice,under the requirements of engineering implementability,construction standardization and ease of operation and maintenance,the solution strategies are specially studied for the process design difficulties of the water-cooled pipeline system,and the pipe diameter quick look-up table,the horizontal space height quick look-up table occupied by each component of the horizontal main pipe,and the vertical space height requirement quick look-up table are summarized.At the same time,many details and experiences needing attention in engineering practice are also cited.
