摘  要:针对南水北调中线工程光纤布设距离长、故障查找困难、维护难度大等问题,设计基于地理信息系统(GIS)和光时域反射仪(OTDR)的光缆在线自动监测系统。系统由多个不同的遥控测试单元、中央监测服务器与相关软件界面组成,通过先进的光通信技术,利用大数据分析、波分复用(WDM)、相干光检测等技术,依据光在光纤中传播时产生的后向散射光来获取衰减信息并分析故障原因,结合云平台处理技术,实现对光纤通道实时在线监测。根据监测结果和GIS基础资源确定故障点,通过资源管理平台对故障进行精准定位,生成故障告警信息,发送短信至运维人员及时维护。光缆在线监测系统的应用,实现了光缆故障的精确定位和高效的运维管理。Aiming at the problems of long optical fiber laying distance,difficulty in finding faults,and difficult maintenance in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,an online automatic monitoring system for optical cables based on GIS and OTDR is designed.The system is composed of multiple different remote test units,central monitoring server and software interfaces.Through advanced optical communication technology,using big data analysis,WDM,coherent light detection and other technologies,the study used the backscattered light generated when light propagates in the optical fiber to obtain attenuation information to analyze the cause of the failure.Combined with cloud platform processing,the system realizes real-time online monitoring of fibre channel.By determining the fault point according to the monitoring results and basic GIS resources,it can accurately locate the fault through the resource management platform,and can generate fault alarm information and send it to the operation and maintenance personnel through SMS for timely maintenance.The application of the optical cable online monitoring system realizes the precise location of optical cable faults,and efficient,timely operation and maintenance management.
