摘 要:上塘河是杭州历史上第一条人工河,科学合理地评估上塘河河流生态健康状况,可以为水利及生态环境规划建设提供依据。从水文水质、水生生态、物理形态、社会服务、河湖管理5方面构建上塘河河流健康评价指标体系,确定14个评价指标。对相关指标进行采样和调查分析,有9项指标处于非常健康状态(80~100分),有2项指标处于亚健康状态(40~60分),有3项指标处于不健康状态(20~40分),得到上塘河河流综合健康状况,评定上塘河为二类河湖,河流健康状态为健康。并建议上塘河结合河道所在区域的城市发展规划,合理规划区域河流水域空间,在城市河道治理过程中采取相关措施提升河道水环境质量和河流岸线生态性,以改善河道水生态条件,评价结果对杭嘉湖平原地区城市河道的健康评价具有一定的现实参考意义。The Shangtang River is the first man-made river in the history of Hangzhou. Scientific and reasonable assessment of the ecological health of the Shangtang River can provide basis for water conservancy and ecological environment planning and construction. This paper constructs the river health evaluation index system of the Shangtang River from five aspects of hydrology and water quality,aquatic ecology,physical form,social services,management of river and lake,and determines 14 evaluation indexes. Through sampling and survey analysis on the indicators,the comprehensive health status of Shangtang River was obtained that nine indicators were in a very healthy state(between 80~100 points),two indicators were in a state of sub-health(between 40~60 points),and three indicators were in the unhealthy state(between 20~40 points). The river health status was assessed as a second class river. It is recommended that according to the urban development planning,the water space of the Shangtang River should be rationally planned,and relevant measures should be taken to improve the water environment quality and river shoreline ecology in the process of urban river governance,so as to improve the water ecological conditions.
