摘　　要：全球气候变化、市场开放与信息技术对农业产业形成的多元影响,青年技能人才对农业的认知及从业需求的变化,致使农业职业育训(ATVET)在发展中国家面临管理机制缺乏系统性、产业发展缺乏吸引力、基层从业者缺乏培训时间、创业技能需求量较大、技术革新和环境变化驱动产业升级、职业认证独具特色及育训顺应地方需求7项共性机遇与挑战。该文基于UNEVOC研究思路,聚焦东盟10国中的6国农业技术岗位市场需求,为我国涉农院校实施职业标准输出提供借鉴。Due to the multiple effects of global climate change, market opening and information technology(IT) on the formation of agricultural industry, as well as the changes in the cognition and employment demand of young skilled talents to agriculture, agricultural technical and vocational education and training(ATVET) is faced with seven common opportunities and challenges in developing countries, such as lack of systematic management mechanism, lack of attractiveness of industrial development, lack of training time for grass-roots practitioners, great demand for entrepreneurial skills, industrial upgrading driven by technological innovation and environmental change, unique vocational certification, and education and training adapting to local needs. Based on the research idea of UNEVOC, this paper focuses on the market demand of agro-technical posts in six of the ten ASEAN countries, so as to provide reference for the implementation of professional standard export of agriculture colleges in China.
