摘 要:为了明确防治生姜甜菜夜蛾的杀虫剂的杀虫效果,在生姜主产区开展田间药效试验,调查了4种杀虫剂对生姜甜菜叶蛾的幼虫防治效果和叶片受害防治效果。结果表明:氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、虫螨腈悬浮剂和茚虫威悬浮剂对生姜甜菜夜蛾的防效较好,而甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水分散粒剂防效较差;其中,667 m^(2)施200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂有效成分用量2.0 g后14 d,虫防效为98.19%,叶片受害防效为86.13%;667 m^(2)施240 g/L虫螨腈悬浮剂有效成分用量5.0 g后14 d,虫防效为80.29%,叶片受害防效为71.05%;667 m^(2)施15%茚虫威悬浮剂有效成分用量5.0 g后14 d,虫防效为73.40%,叶片受害防效为65.39%。不同药剂对甜菜夜蛾的幼虫防效高于叶片受害防效,但同剂量处理条件下2种评价方法的防效趋势相一致。因此,氯虫苯甲酰胺悬浮剂、虫螨腈悬浮剂和茚虫威悬浮剂可作为生姜甜菜夜蛾防治药剂在生产中推广使用,同时在田间药效评价时,可采用叶片受害防效来替代幼虫防效的调查方法,从而避免幼虫假死性对调查结果的干扰。In order to determine the effect of pesticide against Spodoptera exigua of ginger, four pesticides on Spodoptera exigua of ginger in production were evaluated through the field test. The insecticidal effect and leaf damage effect of prevention and control were compared with the control effect. The results showed that chlorfenapramide suspension, chlorfenapyr suspension and indamcarb suspension had better control effects on Spodoptera exigua, but the control effect of emamectin benzoic acid saline dispersible granules was worse.Among them, 14 days after applying 200 g/L chloramphenicol suspension agent with effective component amount of 2.0 g per 667 m~2, the control effect of insect was 98.19% and the control effect of leaf damage was 86.13%. 14days after applying 240 g/L chlordimefon suspension with effective component amount of 5.0 g per 667 m~2, the control effect of insect was 80.29% and the control effect of leaf damage was 71.05%. 14 days after applying 15%indamcarb suspension agent with effective component amount of 5.0 g per 667 m~2, the control effect of insect was 73.40%, and the control effect of leaf damage was 65.39%. The effect of different insecticides against Spodoptera exigua was higher than that control effect of leaf damage, but the trend of effect of the two evaluation methods was consistent under the same dose treatment. Therefore, chlordimefon benzamide suspension agent, chlordimefon suspension agent and indamcarb suspension agent could be popularized in production as the control Spodoptera exigua of ginger. At the same time, in the field effect evaluation, the control effect of leaf damage could be used to replace the investigation method of insect control effect, so as to avoid the interference of the pseudo death of young insects on the investigation results.
