从中医体质的现代研究论脑白质病变的精准防治

摘　　要：脑白质病变好发于中老年人群,其症状隐匿易被忽视,但与认知功能关系密切,后期引发失能失智危害极大。中医体质是人体的固有特质,偏颇体质与疾病的发生发展具有相关性。从体质角度防治疾病,体现了治病求本的中医思想。现代生物技术利用代谢组学、基因组学等方法研究脑白质病变和中医体质的内在环境,深入讨论脑白质病变与中医体质的内在关联性,探索病-体-物质的关系,建立疾病和体质的内环境图谱,通过检测特异性生物标志物,精准实现早期预防,通过把控特异性标志物的调控,精准实现治疗疾病,可为提升人群的脑血管健康水平提供新思路。White matter degeneration of brain(WMLs)often occurs in middle-aged and elderly people,and its symptoms are hidden and easy to be ignored,but it is closely related to cognitive function,and it is extremely harmful to cause disability and dementia in the later stage.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution is an inherent characteristic of the human body,and biased constitution is related to the occurrence and development of diseases.Prevention and treatment of diseases from the perspective of physical fitness reflects the TCM thought of seeking the root of disease.Modern biotechnology uses metabolomics,genomics and other methods to study the internal environment of white matter lesions and TCM constitution,connect the relationship between disease-body-substance,and establish an internal environment map of disease and constitution.Discovering specific biomarkers of diseases and constitutions,accurately realizing early prevention,and accurately treating diseases by controlling the regulation of specific biomarkers can effectively improve the cerebrovascular health of the population.
