摘　　要：文章以国内外针灸临床实践指南为研究对象,对针灸临床实践指南推荐意见的框架及其所包含的成分类型和内容进行整理归纳,并与其他针对指南推荐意见框架研究的结果进行对比分析。在对国内针灸临床实践指南推荐意见的框架进行系统分析后,提出针灸临床实践指南推荐意见应当包含的内容,以期为其制定过程中推荐意见部分的编写提供参考。This article focusing on domestic and abroad acupuncture-moxibustion clinical practice guidelines,summarizes the framework and the included ingredients and contents for the recommendations in acupuncture-moxibustion clinical practice guidelines,and compares with other research results of the frameworks for the recommendations in acupuncture-moxibustion clinical practice guidelines.After systematically analyzing the framework for the recommendations in domestic acupuncture-moxibustion clinical practice guidelines,this article suggests the contents which should be contained in the recommendations in acupuncture-moxibustion clinical practice guidelines to provide a reference for compiling the recommendations in acupuncture-moxibustion clinical practice guidelines.
