摘 要:中药鲜药在生长过程中受外界因素(水土、土壤质地、光照、湿温度等)、人为因素(种植方式、管理方式等)等影响,后因采收(方法、时令、生长年限等)、贮藏保鲜技术(采用传统鲜药保鲜技术、传统鲜药保鲜技术等)、运输、加工(传统鲜药加工技术、现代鲜药加工技术)等因素影响,使鲜药原有内部结构及理化性质等发生改变,同一中药鲜药品质存在差异。文章重点论述了影响中药鲜药品质的因素,总结存在的问题,并提出常用对策,为未来大规模使用鲜药提供建议。During the growth process,Chinese medicine fresh medicine is affected by external factors(water and soil,soil texture,light,wet temperature,etc.)and human factors(planting methods,management methods,etc.),etc.Then due to harvesting(method,season,growth period,etc.),storage and preservation technology(using traditional fresh medicine preservation technology,modern fresh medicine preservation technology,etc.),transportation,processing(traditional fresh medicine processing technology,modern fresh medicine processing technology)and other factors,the original internal structure and physical and chemical properties of fresh medicine have changed,there are differences in the quality of the same fresh Chinese medicine.This article focuses on the factors affecting the quality of fresh medicine in traditional Chinese medicines,summarizes the existing problems,and proposes common countermeasures to provide suggestions for the large-scale use of fresh medicines in the future.
