摘　　要：命门穴,最早见于《针灸甲乙经》,位于“第十四椎节下间”,两肾俞之间,为督脉之气所发,与“命门”内外相应。命门穴具有突出的枢纽作用,与督脉、肾经有着密切的联系,与带脉、足太阳膀胱经、足厥阴肝经、手少阴心经、任脉等均有联络。命门穴发挥效应的结构基础,与其经脉络属关系和“命门”的特性密切相关。命门穴的功效主要体现在通调督脉、温阳助火、补肾填精等诸多方面,主治筋骨、生殖相关疾病。现代研究表明命门穴具有免疫调节、延缓衰老与改善记忆、生殖能力和骨质疏松的作用,侧面印证了“命门”的功能实质。命门穴作为“命门”在体表的映射点,其穴位效应特异性与机理,均值得深入探索和挖掘。Mingmen(GV 4)point,frist recorded in A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,located‘under the fourteenth vertebra’,between bilateral Shenshu(BL 23),is the origin of qi in Du meridian and have an internal-external contact with‘Mingmen’.Mingmen(GV 4)point plays a pivotal role due to its close connection with Du meridians and kidney meridian,moreover with Dai meridian,bladder meridian of foot-Taiyang,liver meridian of foot-Jueyin,heart meridian of hand-Shaoyin,Ren meridian etc.For its meridian network and the characteristics of‘Mingmen’,Mingmen(GV 4)point can be used to dredge Du meridian,tonify fire to assist yang and replenish kidney essence,etc.,and treating muscles and bones,reproductive diseases.Modern studies have shown that Mingmen(GV 4)point has the functions of immune regulation,delaying aging,improving memory,reproductive capacity and osteoporosis,which confirms the functional essence of‘Mingmen’.As the reflecting point in body surface of‘Mingmen’,Mingmen(GV 4)point has unique efficacy and mechanism,which worth further exploring and researching.
