孤独症谱系障碍“五不”行为的中医五脏发生机理探析

摘　　要：孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)为儿童时期严重的神经发育障碍性疾病,病因不明,目前尚无特效药物,中医药辨证论治ASD疗效可靠,而中医机理不明。文章通过挖掘中医理论,将现代医学中ASD儿童“不看、不应、不语、不指、不当”的“五不”行为核心症状与中医脏腑辨证理论结合,探讨ASD儿童“五不”行为核心症状的产生与中医五脏理论的内在关联,通过理论研究及“五不”症状分析,以期阐明“五不”行为的中医五脏发生机理,为中医药辨证论治ASD提供理论依据。Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is a serious neurodevelopmental disorder in childhood.Its etiology is unknown,and there is no specific medicine.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has advantages in treating ASD according to its syndrome differentiation,but its mechanism is unknown.By exploring the theory of TCM,this paper combines the core symptoms of‘no eye contact,no response,no language,no physical movement,inappropriate behavior’to‘five-no’behaviors in children with ASD in modern medicine with the theory of differentiation of zang-fu organs in TCM,and discusses the internal correlation between the generation of the core symptoms of‘five-no’behaviors in children with ASD and the theory of‘five viscera’theory in TCM.Through theoretical research and symptom analysis,this paper clarifies the mechanism of the five viscera of Chinese medicine of‘five no’behaviors,and provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of ASD based on TCM syndrome differentiation.
