国医大师柴松岩“水库论”在月经周期性精神病的应用

摘　　要：月经周期性精神病是一种在女性月经前后出现各种情绪或严重精神症状的精神疾病,目前的中医治疗多从瘀血立论。笔者跟随国医大师柴松岩学习多年,体会到柴老的“水库论”对指导月经周期性精神病的中医治疗有着重要借鉴意义,应用于临床取得了较好的诊疗效果。“水库论”重视血海与阴血之间的动态关系,强调了顾护阴血在月经病变中的重要性,认为月经周期性精神病的病因病机为“阴血亏虚,藏神不安”,临床治疗要以滋阴养血、健脾养心、护肾安神为主。文章对此进行归纳总结,希望能为月经周期性精神病的中医辨治提供新的思路。Menstrual cycle psychosis is a mental illness in which various emotions or severe mental symptoms appear before and after menstruation in women.The current traditional Chinese medicine treatment is mostly based on blood stasis.The author has been studying with CHAI Song-yan,a TCM master,for many years,and realized that CHAI’s‘reservoir theory’has important reference significance for guiding the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of menstrual cycle psychosis,and has achieved good clinical results in clinical applications.The‘reservoir theory’attaches great importance to the dynamic relationship between the sea of blood and yin blood,emphasizes the importance of protecting yin blood in menstrual pathology and believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of menstrual cycle psychosis is‘deficiency of yin blood and can not storing spirit leaing to uncomfortable’.Clinical treatment should focus on nourishing yin blood,strengthening the spleen and nourishing the heart,and protecting the kidney and soothing the nerves.This article summarizes this,hoping to provide new ideas for the TCM differentiation and treatment of menstrual cycle psychosis.
