国医大师柴嵩岩论治子宫腺肌症经验

摘　　要：子宫腺肌症是子宫内膜腺体和间质侵入子宫肌层形成的一种弥漫性或局限性的良性病变,属于妇科常见病和疑难病。临床治疗子宫腺肌症需结合患者的年龄、症状及生育要求制定个体化方案。中医药治疗子宫腺肌症具有一定的优势。国医大师柴嵩岩认为子宫腺肌症病机为“湿热毒邪侵袭、瘀阻胞宫冲任、经血逆流、相火妄动”,临床治疗提出“袪瘀滞、化湿浊、解毒热、散结聚、泻相火”的治法与用药思路,分析治法之临床应用要点,并通过临床验案分析做具体阐述。Adenomyosis is a diffuse or localized benign lesion formed by the invasion of endometrial glands and stroma into the myometrium.It is a common and difficult gynecological disease.The clinical treatment of adenomyosis should be based on the patient’s age,symptoms and fertility requirements to develop an individualized plan.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in treating adenomyosis.TCM master CHAI Song-yan believes the academic thought of the pathogenesis of adenomyosis is‘invasion of dampness and heat poisonous evil,stasis blocking the uterine uterine flush,reverse flow of menstrualblood,and hyperactivity of ministerial fire’,and put forward the treatment and medication thought of‘removing stasis,resolving dampness and turbidity,heatclearing and detoxicating,dispersing jieju,reducing hyperactivity of ministerial fire’,analyzes the main points of clinical application of the treatment,and through the analysis of clinical cases to make specific elaboration.
