刍议黄氏喉科“火郁发之”理论在急乳蛾吹药配伍中的运用

摘　　要：黄氏喉科为全国中医学术传承流派之一,临床上多内外同治治疗喉症。尤其擅长运用喉科吹药治疗喉症。黄氏喉科认为急乳蛾的基本病机为火郁结于喉核,故创立以明雄黄、生蒲黄、苏薄荷、生甘草、冰片(大梅片)为底方的具有清热解毒、透邪散结、行气活血、开郁止痛之功的急乳蛾吹药基本方,并在临证中灵活加减使用,疗效显著,值得后学进一步继承与发扬。HUANGs’department of laryngology is one of the schools of academic inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine in China.In clinical practice,internal and external treatment is often used to treat laryngopathy.It is good at the use of throat blowing treatment of laryngeal disease especially.HUANGs’department of laryngology believes that the basic pathogenesis of acute Rue is the stagnation of fire in tonsil.Therefore,the basic prescription of insufflation of powder drug for acute Rue was established with Mingxionghuang,Shengpuhuang,Subohe,Shenggancao and Bingpian as the base,which has the functions of clearing heat and detoxifying,purging pathogenic factors and dispersing stagnation,promoting qi and activating blood,and relieving depression and pain.It was flexibly modified and used in clinical practice,and the therapeutic effect was remarkable,which is worthy of further inheritance and development of later studies.
