摘　　要：脑胶质瘤是一种常见的颅内恶性肿瘤,其病因病机复杂,目前尚无统一有效的治疗方法。樊永平教授认为脑胶质瘤的基本病机为正气亏虚,脏腑失和,邪毒积聚。脑胶质瘤的治疗多从术前、术后、术后复发三方面着手,患者术前多从“肝”论治,实邪以肝火、肝阳、肝风为主;术后患者多以正虚为主兼有痰瘀,常见虚证有气虚、肾虚、气阴两虚,故在相应补虚的基础之上给予祛痰化瘀之法;术后复发的患者多虚实夹杂,治疗需祛邪补虚并重,虚实兼顾。Glioma is a common intracranial malignancy with complex etiology and pathogenesis, and there are no uniform and effective treatment methods. Professor FAN Yong-ping believes that the basic pathogenesis of glioma is the loss of righteous qi, the harmony loss of internal organs, and the accumulation of evil poisons. The treatment of glioma usually starts from three aspects: preoperative, postoperative, and postoperative recurrence. Patients are often treated from the ‘liver’ before surgery. The main excessive evils are liver fire, liver yang, and liver wind. Postoperative patients are predominantly qi deficiency with sputum turbidity and blood stasis. Common deficiencies include qi deficiency, kidney deficiency, and qi and yin deficiency.Therefore, on the basis of the corresponding tonify deficiency, the treatment method of expectorant and blood stasis removing are given. Patients who relapse after surgery are mixed with virtual and real, and the treatments need to pay equal attention to dispelling evil and supplementing deficiency, and take into account both virtual and real.
