摘  要:史锁芳教授在多年临证中发现,临床上,寒燥兼夹型咳嗽较为多见,而辨证治疗多重视寒邪,忽略燥邪兼夹,忽视“肺喜润勿燥”的生理特性,以致咳嗽迁延不愈,治疗较为掣肘。文章从五运六气的角度出发,以庚子年为例,结合当年的运气特点,深入剖析寒燥之邪的形成以及寒燥之邪对肺产生的病理影响,进而揭示寒燥咳嗽的证象特点,提出了治疗用药当重视温散清润的观点,并结合典型医案介绍史锁芳教授临证经验,为临床上寒燥咳嗽辨证治疗提供诊治思路。In many years of clinical experience, professor SHI Suo-fang found that, in clinical practice, cold-dryness cough was more common and the treatment based on syndrome differentiation paid more attention to cold pathogens, ignored the accompanied dryness pathogens, and ignored the physiological characteristics of ‘lung pleasant moistening not dryness’, so that the cough was resistance to treatment and the treatment was more difficult. From the perspective of the five evolutive phases and six climates factors, combining with the characteristics of the five evolutive phases and six climates factors at that time, this article takes Gengzi year as an example to deeply analyze the formation of cold and dryness and its pathological influence on lung,reveals the charateristics of syndromes of cold-dryness cough, emphasizes that the treatment should attached great importance to the method of dispelling coldness and moistening dryness, and introduces the clinical experience of professor SHI Suo-fang in combination with typical medical records. The diagnosis and treatment of cold-dryness cough are provided for reference.
