民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选方法和评价路径

摘　　要：民间中医特色诊疗技术的民间性、传承私密性、技术传承人学术水平等方面都制约着民间中医特色诊疗技术的发展,形成了民间中医特色诊疗技术的特殊性。从大量民间中医特色诊疗技术中筛选出安全、有效、可推广复制的特色诊疗技术是传承民间中医特色诊疗技术的关键环节,研究团队通过文献研究、专家访谈、会议研讨等方式,探索民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选方法和评价路径,将其分为三阶段五步骤,三阶段包括信息采集阶段、技术筛选阶段、临床评价阶段,五步骤包括技术采集、信息核对、现场核查、专家评审、临床研究。建立规范的民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选、评价路径,明确民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选评价指标体系,推动安全、有效的民间中医药不断发展和应用,从而不断提高中医药服务能力。The folk nature,privacy of inheritance,academic level of technology inheritors and other aspects restrict the development of the characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology of folk traditional Chinese medicine,forming the particularity of folk traditional Chinese medicine characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology.Selecting safe,effective and reproducible characteristic diagnosis and treatment technologies from a large number of characteristic diagnosis and treatment technologies of folk traditional Chinese medicine is the key link of inheriting the characteristic diagnosis and treatment technologies of folk traditional Chinese medicine.The research team explored the selection method and evaluation path of characteristic diagnosis and treatment technologies of folk traditional Chinese medicine through literature research,expert interview,conference discussion and other ways.There are mainly three stages and five steps.The three stages include information collection stage,technology screening stage and clinical evaluation stage,and the five steps include technology collection,information verification,on-site verification,expert evaluationand clinical research.It is necessary to establish a standardized screening and evaluation path of folk traditional Chinese medicine characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology,formulate screening and evaluation norms of folk traditional Chinese medicine characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology,clarify the screening and evaluation index system of folk traditional Chinese medicine characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology,and promote the continuous development and application of safe and effective folk traditional Chinese medicine,so as to continuously improve the service ability of traditional Chinese medicine.
