从“郁、痰、瘀、虚”辨治癌症的思路探析

摘　　要：癌症病因错综复杂,治疗难度高,晚期诸虚百损,是危害人类健康的主要疾病之一。李灿东教授从临床认识出发,以整体观念为基,辨证论治为要,求本而治,总结出癌症以“郁、痰、瘀、虚”为核心的病机演变规律,并根据不同阶段的病变特点,分别采用行气解郁、健脾化痰、活血化瘀、补虚扶正的治法,以达消于未成、遏其流注、散之留结、防癌生变之效,进而为临床辨治癌症提供新的思路与理论指导。Cancer is one of the major diseases that endanger human health because of its complex causes, high treatment difficulty and all kinds of deficiency in the late stage. Professor LI Can-dong, from the clinical understanding, takes the holistic concept as the basis, the identification and treatment as the key, and seeks to treat the root cause, and summarize the pathogenesis evloution rule of cancer with ‘depression, phlegm, stasis and deficiency’ as the core. According to the characteristics of different stages of the disease, the treatment methods of promoting qi and relieving depression, strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm, activating blood circulation and resolving blood stasis, and tonifying deficiency and helping the righteousness are adopted respectively, in order to eliminate the disease before it is formed, curb its flow, disperse the knots, and prevent cancer from developing, thus providing new ideas and theoretical guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
