摘 要:为了获得杂交稻种子生产中理想的亲本材料,本研究以水稻雌性核不育突变体材料‘G39’为雌性核不育基因fst的供体材料,通过常规杂交选育结合水稻雌性核不育基因FST分子标记辅助选择的方法,获得了雌性败育率为100%的雌性核不育恢复系‘云岭319FS’,并获得了一种快速、准确、高效选育获得优良水稻雌性核不育恢复系的选育方法。通过对‘云岭319FS’的株高、穗长、单穗粒数、单株穗数、花粉可育率和结实率等主要农艺性状进行分析,结果显示,‘云岭319FS’植株整体表现良好,花粉可育率高,雌性败育完全且稳定,天然自交和异交结实率为0。本研究选育获得的雌性核不育恢复系‘云岭319FS’可与雄性不育系自由组配,提高水稻种质资源利用效率,具有巨大的应用前景。In order to obtain ideal parent materials for hybrid rice seed production, the rice genic female sterile mutant ’G39’ was used as the donor material of the female-sterile(fst) gene, and the genic female sterile restorer line ’Yunling319FS’ with a female abortion rate of 100% was obtained by conventional cross breeding combined with molecular marker-assisted selection(MAS) of FST gene, and here also provides a rapid, accurate and efficient breeding method for obtaining excellent rice female genic sterile restorer lines. The main agronomic traits of’Yunling319FS’, including plant height, spikelet length, total grain number per panicle, panicle number per plant,pollen fertility rate and seed-setting rate were investigated. The results showed that ’Yunling319FS’ had good agronomic characteristics, a high pollen fertility rate, complete and stable female abortion, selfing and outcrossing seed-setting rate was zero under the natural conditions. The genic female sterile restorer Line ’Yunling319FS’obtained in this study can be freely combined with male sterile lines, which can improve the utilization efficiency of rice germplasm resources and has a great application prospect.
