摘 要:本研究分离了2021年3月海南南繁基地玉米叶片条斑病病原菌并对抗病玉米品种进行了筛选。依据柯赫氏法则,利用植物病原菌分离、纯化和回接实验,以及16S rDNA序列测定,细菌形态学观察和生化鉴定方法,对病原菌进行了分离、鉴定。结果证实分离株HNTB02为玉米条斑病病原菌并将该病原菌鉴定为栖稻假单胞菌(Pseudomonas oryzihabitans),进一步筛选出杂交种‘金博士723’和其父本对玉米条斑病表现高度抗病性。综上所述,本研究是对玉米条斑病田间诊断的一个补充,为栖稻假单胞菌引发的玉米条斑病抗病育种提供了遗传材料。In this study, the pathogen of maize leaf stripe disease in southern breeding in March 2021 was isolated, and the resistant maize hybrids against this disease were screened. According to the Koch’s Rule, the pathogen was isolated and characterized through plant pathogen isolation, purification and back inoculation techniques, as well as 16S rDNA sequencing BLAST, bacterial morphological observation and biochemical identification analyses. The results indicated that the HNTB02 isolate was the pathogen of the maize leaf stripe disease, and the pathogen was identified as Pseudomonas oryzihabitans. In addition, by screening of 20 different maize hybrid lines inoculated with HNTB02, the maize hybrid of ’Goldoctor723’ and its male parent were found to be fully resistant a gainst HNTB02. Overall, this study was a supplemental diagnosis for the maize leaf stripe disease in the field, and providing genetic materials for the resistance breeding against this disease caused by Pseudomonas oryzihabitans.
