摘 要:高压电机的损耗计算是电机设计中比较核心的部分,电机损耗不仅对电机的温升影响很大,对电机效率也至关重要,合理的电磁设计及较低的损耗是高效率电机的设计基础,现通过对典型规格高压电机的损耗进行有限元分析,通过有限元分析结果与实际试验数据的对比分析,得出有限元计算方法的经验系数,为后续电机精准化设计提供理论依据,对设计高效率电机及降低电机温升具体指导意义。The loss calculation of high-voltage motor is the core part of motor design.The motor loss not only has a great impact on motor temperature rise,but also is crucial to motor efficiency.The reasonable electromagnetic design and low loss are the basis of designing high-efficiency motor.This paper carries out the finite-element analysis on the loss of high-voltage motors with typical specification.Through the comparative analysis of finite-element analysis results with actual test data,the empirical coefficient of finite-element calculation method is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent accurate design of motors.It has a guiding significance to design the high-efficiency motors and reduce its temperature rise.
