摘 要:PWM变频驱动使得电机的控制性能得到很大的提升,尤其在速度调节方面得到了很大的优势,但在使用变频器时,会使得电机受到共模电压的影响,电机在运行时,其轴承内圈和外圈之间会产生电压和电流,击穿轴承的油膜,导致轴承内表面产生电蚀现象,影响轴承的正常使用。建立电机的数学模型,计算其内部的电容耦合参数,研究其共模电压和电流的流通路径。最后通过仿真软件建立仿真模型,分析影响轴承上电压和电流大小的因素,提出抑制轴承上电压和电流的方法。该方法为降低轴承上的电压和电流提供新的思路和研究手段。PWM variable-frequency drive has greatly improved the control performance of electric motor,especially in speed regulation aspect.However,the motor will be affected by the common mode voltage when using the frequency converter.When the motor is running,the voltage and current will be generated between the inner ring and outer ring of the bearing,which will puncture the oil film of the bearing,resulting in electric corrosion on inner surface of the bearing and affecting normal operation of the bearing.The mathematical model of the motor is established,the internal capacitive coupling parameters are calculated,and the flow paths of common mode voltage and current are studied.Finally,the factors which affecting voltage and current magnitudes of the bearing are analyzed through the simulation model established by simulation software,and the method of restraining voltage and current of the bearing is proposed.This method provides a new idea and research means to reduce the voltage and current of the bearing.
