摘 要:虽然目前市场上船用推进电机产品较多,但是有关系统性进行三防设计的基本原理和具体方法却鲜有论述。从金属允许电化偶设计理论出发,通过对船用推进电机零部件使用材质的优化与筛选,零部件密封、灌封封装及保护涂覆镀等方法的实施,论述了船用推进电机三防设计的重要性,并对船用推进电机三防性能的评价方法进行了介绍。Although there are many marine propulsion motors on the current market,the systematic explain on three-defense design of the motor in aspects of basic principles and specific methods is rare.Starting from the design theory of metal permissible galvanic couple,this paper discusses the importance of three-defense design of marine propulsion motor in aspects of optimizing and screening the materials of components and parts and implementing the method of sealing,potting and encapsulation and protective coating of components and parts.This paper also introduces the evaluation method of three-defense performance of marine propulsion motor.
