摘  要:起重及冶金用绕线转子三相异步电动机在运行期间有时需要反转和调速,当电动机起动时,将外电阻接入刷握装置接线螺栓上,刷握装置中带尾电刷与随轴旋转的集电环铜环摩擦接触实现电机转子串附加电阻或者电抗,以限制起动电流的平均值不超过各种工作制的额定电流的2倍,在电动机运行过程中也可以通过变阻器档位切换使串入电动机转子中的电阻更换实现电机的调速。因此起重及冶金用绕线转子三相异步电动机的集电环和刷握装置的匹配性尤为重要,集电环和刷握装置的性能稳定性直接影响着电机的整体性能。The wound-rotor three-phase induction motor for crane and metallurgical applications sometimes needs to reverse and speed regulation during operation.When the motor starts,the external resistance is connected to the wiring bolt of the brush holder device.The brush with tail in the brush holder device frictionally contacts with the copper ring of collector ring which rotating with the shaft,so as to achieve serial connection of additional resistance or reactance with motor rotor.At this time,the average starting current is limited to be not more than 2 times of the rated current of the motor at various duty types.The speed regulation of the motor during operation can also be realized by changing the gear of rheostat and then changing series resistance of the motor rotor.Therefore,the matching between the collector ring and brush holder device of wound-rotor three-phase induction motor for crane and metallurgical applications is particularly important.The performance stability of them-directly affects the overall performance of the motor.
