区域一体化与城市内部地区收入差距——基于长三角地级市数据的经验研究

摘　　要：当前区域一体化与收入差距的相关研究大多着眼于国家或城市之间,较少关注城市内部的差距变化。采用2000-2019年长三角41个地级市的面板数据,深入探究区域一体化与城市内部地区收入差距的影响关系与传导过程。通过运用双重差分法、固定效应和随机效应模型等实证研究工具,得到如下结论:区域一体化对城市内部区县之间和城乡之间均能产生收入差距的缩减效应;区域一体化主要通过交易成本机制和知识扩散机制,更大地促进城市内欠发达区域的收入提升,从而缩小差距;区域一体化可以通过功能分工机制改变城市的产业结构,对城市内部差距产生影响,但对大城市和小城市的影响方向具有差异。进一步深化区域一体化战略,加快实现城市间交易成本的降低,促进城市间的知识共享与创新合作,能够有效实现各城市内部的均衡发展以及城乡地区的共同繁荣。At present, studies related to regional integration and income disparity mostly look between countries or cities, and less attention is paid to the change of disparities within cities. This paper uses the panel data of 41 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2000 to 2019 to investigate the relationship and transmission channels between regional integration and income disparity within cities. Through the use of difference-in-differences method, fixed effects models and random effects models, the following conclusions are obtained: Regional integration can reduce the income disparity between districts and counties within cities, and that between urban and rural areas;Regional integration mainly narrow the intra-city gap by reducing transaction costs and enhancing knowledge diffusion between cities to promote the income increase in poor regions;Regional integration can change the industrial structure of the city through the mechanism of functional division of labor, which has an impact on the intra-city gap, but the direction of its impact is different between big cities and small cities. Further deepening the regional integration strategy, accelerating the reduction of inter-city transaction costs, promoting inter-city knowledge sharing and innovation cooperation can effectively realize the balanced development of cities and the common prosperity of urban and rural areas.
