摘　　要：走好网上群众路线作为新形势下保持党同人民群众血肉联系的必然要求,具有丰富的理论和实践内涵。提出网上群众路线这一创新概念,是新时代中国共产党人综合研判互联网技术迅速发展状况作出的战略决策,是党的群众路线思想在信息时代的延伸和发展。网上群众路线为各级党组织和广大党员干部在工作实际中全方位坚持人民主体地位提供了行动依据。新时代践行网上群众路线,应自觉遵循客观规律,积极探索有效形式,充分利用互联网优势强化群众路线政治效能。Taking the online mass line well as an inevitable requirement for maintaining the flesh-and-blood ties between the Party and the people under the new situation has rich theoretical and practical meaning.The proposal of this innovative concept is the strategic decision made by the Chinese Communists in the new era after comprehensively studying and judging the rapid development of Internet technology.It is also the extension and development of the Party's mass-line thought in the information age.The online mass line provides an action basis for the Party organizations at all levels and for Party members and officials to uphold the people's dominant position in all aspects of their work.To practice the online mass line in the new era,we should consciously follow objective laws,actively explore effective forms and make full use of the advantages of the Internet to strengthen the political effectiveness of the mass line.
