摘 要:采用高频燃烧红外吸收法测定碳化钨粉总碳含量,对影响测定结果的助熔剂种类、用量、分析方法设定、样品称样量选择等进行了研究分析,获得最佳分析条件:称样量0.2 g,助熔剂组合及用量为钨粒1.0 g+铜粒1.0 g。对测定其检出限、测定下限和精密度实验等项目指标分析,通过空白试验测得方法检出限为0.0006%,检出下限为0.002%,利用碳化钨粉总碳标准样品进行精密度和准确度验证,11次平行测定的相对标准偏差为0.28%,结果表明该方法测定数据稳定,准确度高,可应用于碳化钨粉产品总碳含量的测定。This paper determined the total carbon content in tungsten carbide powder with high-frequency combustioninfrared absorption method and probed into the types and dosages of fluxes, the setting of analysis methods, and the selection of sample weight that influence the determination results. The best analysis conditions were obtained: the sample weight was0.2 g, and the combination of fluxes was tungsten particles(1.0 g) + copper particles(1.0 g). Further, the paper analyzed the detection limit, the lower limit of determination, and the precision of the method. The detection limit of the method is determined as 0.000 6% and the lower limit of determination as 0.002% through the blank test. The precision and accuracy are verified using the standard sample of tungsten carbide powder with known total carbon content. The relative standard deviation of 11 times of parallel determination is 0.28%. The results show that the determination data of this method is stable and accurate, which can be applied to the determination of total carbon content in tungsten carbide powder products.
