摘  要:硬质合金辊环是一种复合材料,主要应用于轧钢行业,相比传统钢辊具有更高轧钢速率,可大大提高钢铁材料的生产效率。本文介绍了硬质合金辊环的工况条件与主要失效形式,从耐磨损性、高温性能、耐腐蚀性等方面综述了相关研究进展,并从WC硬质相与黏结相两个角度简述了硬质合金辊环材料的最新研究成果,讨论了硬质相与黏结相对硬质合金辊环材料性能的影响。指出了硬质合金辊环材料存在的热疲劳失效、磨损失效以及腐蚀失效等问题,提出了通过热处理工艺降低硬质合金辊环内部残余应力以及进一步深入研究硬质合金辊环的失效机理与强化机理的建议。Cemented carbide roller rings belong to composite materials and are mainly used in the steel rolling industry.Compared with traditional steel rollers, cemented carbide roller rings have a higher rolling speed and can greatly improve the production efficiency of steel materials. In this paper, working conditions and main failure forms of cemented carbide roller rings are introduced, and the latest research results of the roller rings are summarized from the perspectives of the WC hard phase and bonded phase, and the influence of the two phases on the properties of the roller rings is discussed. In addition,problems of the roll rings are pointed out, such as thermal fatigue failure, wear failure, and corrosion failure, and suggestions on reducing the residual stress in the roll rings through a heat treatment process and further studying the failure mechanism and strengthening mechanism of the roll rings are put forward.
