摘 要:人体是由骨骼和肌肉等运动系统构成的有生命活动的机体,与内外力学刺激信号密切关联。力学刺激信号传递至组织细胞,并与细胞内部生物学信号交互作用,从而完成生物学过程。人体响应的力学刺激主要有机械牵张应力、流体剪切应力与静水压力等。阐明力学信号下细胞的变化及机制,对于生命科学具有十分重要的意义。本文将主要针对机械牵张应力、流体剪切应力与静水压力这三种力学信号的体外力学加载装置及其引起的细胞适应作一综述。The human body is a living organism composed of motor systems such as bones and muscles, which are is closely associated with internal and external mechanical stimulus signals. The mechanical stimulus signals are transmitted to the tissue cells, and then interact with the internal biological signals to complete the biological process. The main mechanical stimuli to which the cells respond are mechanical stresses such as mechanical stretch stress, fluid shear stress and hydrostatic pressure, etc. It is of vital significance to the life sciences to elucidate the changes and mechanisms that occur in cells under the mechanical signals. In this paper, we review the in vitro mechanical loading devices and the cellular adaptations induced by three mechanical signals, namely mechanical stretch stress, fluid shear stress and hydrostatic pressure.
