摘  要:基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry,MALDI-TOF MS)作为新兴的检测手段已被广泛应用于临床微生物实验室.相比传统基于表型的检测方法,如形态学、血清学及生化检测,MALDI-TOF MS可在短时间内对待测微生物进行物种鉴定及耐药表型分析,简化了操作流程.多项研究表明,MALDI-TOF MS在病原生物学领域具备较大的应用潜能,通过分析分子或离子的质荷比以识别或量化待测物,适用于多种类别分子的检测.依据检测靶标的不同,本文将从蛋白质与核酸两方面系统综述该技术在传染病诊断中的应用进展.Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time-of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS)has been widely used in clinical microbiology laboratories as an emerging detection method.Compared with traditional phenotypic-based detection methods such as morphology,serology,and biochemical detection,MALDI-TOF MS can identify the microorganisms and analysis phenotype of antimicrobial resistance in a short time,simplifying the operation process.A number of studies have shown that MALDI-TOF MS has great application potential in the field of pathogenic biology.It is suitable for the detection of various molecules by analyzing the mass-to-charge ratio of molecules or ions to identify or quantify the analyte.This article systematically reviews the progress in applications of MALDI-TOF MS in the diagnosis of infectious diseases from two aspects of protein and nucleic acid depending on the detection targets.
