高渗盐水雾化后拍背吸痰联合对症用药在毛细支气管炎患儿治疗中的临床效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的探讨高渗盐水雾化后拍背吸痰联合对症用药在毛细支气管炎患儿治疗中的临床效果及安全性。方法选择焦作煤业(集团)有限责任公司中央医院儿科2018年1月-2019年12月诊治的毛细支气管炎患儿76例。采用简单数字法将其分成对照组和观察组,均38例。对照组患儿接受对症用药治疗,观察组接受高渗盐水雾化后拍背吸痰联合对症用药治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、临床症状消失时间、炎性因子水平和不良反应。结果观察组患儿临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),而咳嗽消失时间、喘息消失时间、肺部湿罗音消失时间、三凹征消失时间、IL-6、TNF-α水平、不良反应率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高渗盐水雾化后拍背吸痰联合对症用药可提升毛细支气管炎患儿临床治疗效果,减少不良反应,提升治疗安全性。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of backpat sputum suction following hypertonic saline atomization inhalation combined with symptomatic drug in the treatment of bronchiolitis.Methods 76 children with bronchiolitis in Central Hospital of Jiaozuo Coal Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd from January 2018 to December 2019 were enrolled,and divided into two groups by random number table methods,each with 38 cases.Control group received symptomatic drug treatment,while observation group received backpat sputum suction following hypertonic saline atomization inhalation combined with symptomatic treatment.Then the clinical efficacy,disappearance time of clinical symptoms,levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results Compared with control group,observation group had significantly higher clinical efficacy(P<0.05),shorter the disappearance time of clinical symptoms including cough,wheezing,lung moist rales and three concave sign,lower levels of IL-6 and TNF-α,and fewer adverse reactions(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of backpat sputum suction following hypertonic saline atomization inhalation combined with symptomatic drug is an effective and safe method in the treatment of bronchiolitis,with low adverse reaction rate.
