MSCT扫描及重建图像对老年桡骨远端骨折诊断的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨MSCT扫描及重建图像对老年桡骨远端骨折诊断的价值。方法将我院2019年8月至2020年9月期间经治疗确诊为桡骨远端骨折的老年患者123例作为研究对象,分析确诊前X线正侧位片及MSCT扫描及重建检查资料,对比两种方式对桡骨远端骨折的检出情况、诊断分型情况及诊断分型一致性。结果MSCT扫描及重建图像对老年桡骨远端骨折检出率(100%)较X线(89.43%)高(P<0.05);X线:A型44例(40.00%),B型11例(10.00%),C型55例(50.00%);MSCT:A型30例(24.39%),B型20例(16.26%),C型73例(59.36%),组间对比具有统计学差异(χ^(2)=20.988,P=0.007);两种检查方法就A、B、C三种分型的诊断一致性一般(Kappa=0.563)。结论相较于X线片检查,MSCT扫描及图像重建可提高老年桡骨远端骨折检出率,对桡骨远端骨折分型的鉴别更准确。Objective To investigate the value of MSCT scanning and reconstruction images in the diagnosis of distal radius fractures in the elderly.Methods 123 elderly patients with distal radius fracture diagnosed by treatment in our hospital from August 2019 to September 2020 were taken as the research object.The data of X-ray positive and lateral films,MSCT scanning and reconstruction before diagnosis were analyzed,and the detection,diagnostic classification and consistency of the two methods were compared.Results The detection rate of MSCT scanning and reconstructed images for elderly distal radius fractures(100%)was higher than that of X-ray(89.43%)(P<0.05);X-ray:44 cases of type A(40.00%),11 cases of type B(10.00%),55 cases of type C(50.00%);MSCT:30 cases(24.39%)of type A,20 cases(16.26%)of type B and 73 cases(59.36%)of type C.There was significant difference between the groups(χ^(2)=20.988,P=0.007);The diagnostic consistency of the two examination methods for three types A,B and C was general(kappa=0.563).Conclusion Compared with X-ray examination,MSCT scanning and image reconstruction can improve the detection rate of distal radius fracture in the elderly,and the classification of distal radius fracture is more accurate.
