摘　　要：目的探讨静脉桥接移植修复断指动静脉缺损对断指血液循环、运动功能的影响及临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2018年4月至2020年5月收治的断指伴动静脉缺损患者54例87指,根据手术方法不同将患者分为对照组(26例43指,交叉吻合修复术)和观察组(30例44指,静脉桥接移植修复术)。观察并记录两组患者治疗后患指毛细血管充盈时间、血流速度和皮肤温度,以及治疗6个月后断指运动功能恢复有效率。结果观察组治疗后毛细血管充盈时间快于对照组,血流速度及皮肤温度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者患者恢复有效率高于对照组(95.5%vs 81.4%,P<0.05)。结论静脉桥接移植修复术修复断指缺损动静脉能有效改善患者血液循环状态,促进断指修复后运动功能恢复,疗效显著。Objective To investigate the effect of vein bridging transplantation in repairing the arteriovenous defect of severed fingers and its influence on the motor function and blood circulation of severed fingers.Methods From April 2018 to may 2020,54 cases(87 fingers)of amputated fingers with arteriovenous defect in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different solutions to the arteriovenous defect,the patients were divided into control group(26 cases 43 fingers),cross anastomosis method and observation group(30 cases 44 fingers),vein bridging method.The capillary filling time,blood flow velocity and skin temperature of the two groups were observed and recorded after treatment,as well as the effective rate of motor function recovery after 6 months of treatment.Results The capillary filling time of the observation group was faster than that of the control group,the blood flow velocity and skin temperature of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The recovery effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(95.5%vs 81.4%,P<0.05).Conclusion Vein bridging transplantation can effectively improve the blood circulation and promote the recovery of motor function after finger repair.
