摘　　要：目的分析图文健康指导在消化道恶性肿瘤化疗患者延续护理中的应用效果。方法随机选择医院2019年1月-2020年1月诊治的消化道恶性肿瘤化疗患者83例。根据护理措施不同分为对照组(n=40)和干预组(n=43)。对照组患者接受常规护理干预,干预组患者接受延续护理图文健康指导。比较两组患者护理满意度、癌痛和遵医行为。结果干预组患者护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组患者VAS评分低于干预前(P<0.05);干预组患者在干预后VAS评分(1.07±0.31)低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组患者正确服药(100%)、规律饮食(93.02%)、主动咨询(100%)、化疗护理(95.35%)、按时复诊率(95.35%)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论图文健康指导用于消化道恶性肿瘤化疗患者延续护理中能明显提升护理干预效果,减少癌痛,提升遵医行为和护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of illustrated health guidance in patients undergoing chemotherapy for gastrointestinal malignancies.Methods Eighty-three patients with chemotherapy for gastrointestinal malignancies in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly selected,and divided into two groups according to different nursing measures.Control group(n=40)received routine nursing intervention,while intervention group(n=43)received illustrated health guidance.Then the nursing satisfaction,cancer pain and compliance behavior were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of intervention group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score was decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the score was(1.07±0.31)in intervention group,which was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The rates correct medication,regular diet,active consultation,chemotherapy nursing and timely follow-up were 100%,93.02%,100%,95.35%and 95.35%in intervention group,which were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of illustrated health guidance in patients undergoing chemotherapy for gastrointestinal malignancies can effectively improve the effect of continuous nursing,alleviate the pain,and the improve the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction degree.
