摘　　要：在长期执政条件下找出一条跳出历史周期率的成功道路是中国共产党人不懈探索的重大课题。毛泽东以“民主新路”破题,依靠发展人民民主和接受人民监督不断破解历史周期率。经过百年奋斗特别是党的十八大以来的新实践,习近平探索出一条依靠自我革命解决自身问题、破解历史周期率的成功道路,给出了跳出治乱兴衰周期率的第二个答案。发展人民民主和推进自我革命这“两个答案”理论同源、一脉相承、相辅相成,统一于马克思主义唯物史观视域之中、贯穿于走好“赶考”之路的伟大历程之中、深化于外部监督与内部监督的良性互动之中。系统把握这一内在统一关系,要求我们必须在创新发展中发挥“两个答案”的各自优势,在有机结合中实现“两个答案”的双向互动,为不断巩固党的长期执政地位保驾护航。Finding a successful way out of the historical cycle under the condition of long-term governance is an important question that the Chinese Communists are constantly exploring.Mao Zedong’s"new road to democracy"has broken the historical cycle by developing people’s democracy and accepting people’s supervision.After a century of endeavor,especially the new practice since the 18 th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping explored a successful way to solve the Party’s problems by self-reform and break the historical cycle,and gave the second answer to the question of how to escape the historical cycle of the rise and fall.The"two answers"of developing people’s democracy and promoting self-reform have the same theoretical origin and complement each other.They are unified in the vision of Marxist historical materialism,run through the great course of"new journey",and deepened in the benign interaction between external and internal supervision.To systematically understand this internal unity,we need to give full play to the respective advantages of the"two answers"in innovation and development,and realize the two-way interaction of"two answers"in organic combination,so as to continuously consolidate the Party’s position as the long-term governing party.
