基于专家访谈的民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选指标体系框架研究

摘　　要：目的:了解民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选的指标维度和基本框架。方法:以广泛性、地域性、权威性、自愿性等为基本原则,邀请行业内开展过大量民间技术有关的收集、整理、评价或管理等相关工作的专家以及民间技术持有人,围绕民间中医特色诊疗技术的概念内涵和筛选指标,采用半结构化深度访谈的方式,应用现场面对面访谈和腾讯会议线上访谈两种方式,进行访谈,对访谈内容进行提炼分析。结果:对来自13个省市20位不同层面专家进行访谈,民间中医特色诊疗技术的特征包括起源于民间、未被官方收录认可、疗效显著、适用范围局限、理论基础薄弱、良好的应用基础、未进行科研评价、有一定的传承等,安全性和有效性是民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选的关键点,已经形成共识,可推广性、可操作性、经济性、理论依据、研究基础、社会效益、可接受性、创新性等也是民间中医特色诊疗技术筛选的重要指标。结论:通过访谈,初步得到民间中医特色诊疗技术的筛选指标,能够为筛选出提高中医药服务能力和水平的、安全、有效和可推广复制的技术提供参考和借鉴。Objective To understand the screening index dimension and basic framework of characteristic diagnosis and treatment techniques of folk traditional Chinese medicine.Method Based on the principles of universality, regionality, authority and voluntariness, experts who have carried out a large number of work related to the collection, sorting, evaluation or management of folk technology in the industry and folk technology holders are invited to interview. The method of semi-structured in-depth interview around the concept connotation and screening indicators of folk TCM characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology was been adopted. The interview was conducted by means of on-site face-to-face interview and Tencent conference online interview. Then the interview content was refined and analyzed.Results 20 experts at different levels from 13 provinces and cities were interviewed. The characteristics of folk traditional Chinese medicine characteristic diagnosis and treatment technology include folk origin, not officially included and recognized, significant curative effect, limited scope of application, weak theoretical foundation, good application foundation, no scientific research evaluation, certain inheritance, etc. Safety and effectiveness are the key points for the screening of characteristic diagnosis and treatment technologies of folk traditional Chinese medicine. Popularization, operability, economy, theoretical basis, research basis, social benefits, acceptability and innovation are also important indicators for the screening of characteristic diagnosis and treatment technologies of folk traditional Chinese medicine.Conclusion The screening indicators of folk traditional Chinese medicine characteristic diagnosis and treatment technologies are preliminarily obtained, which can provide reference for screening safe, effective and replicable technologies to improve the service capacity and level of traditional Chinese medicine.
