甘味藏药药性特点及其在临证配伍中的应用

摘　　要：概述藏药六味中甘味的藏医药内涵,分析甘味藏药的基原分布、药性归属及其物质基础,阐述甘味藏药的八性、十七效等属性与三因盛衰之间的联系,探讨藏药配伍理论在临床用药中的应用,为藏医药临床实践与科学研究提供参考。This paper summarizes the connotation of sweet Tibetan medicine in six flavors of Tibetan medicine, analyzes the basic distribution, property attribution and material basis of sweet Tibetan medicine, expounds the relationship between the eight properties, seventeen effects and three causes of rise and decline of sweet Tibetan medicine, and discusses the application of Tibetan medicine compatibility theory in clinical medication, so as to provide reference for clinical practice and scientific research of Tibetan medicine.
