摘　　要：目的:研究丹参益心胶囊中三七皂苷R_(1)、人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Rb_(1)的含量测定的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法HPLC测定三七皂苷R_(1)、人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Rb_(1)的含量。结果:三七皂苷R_(1)、人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Rb_(1)三者的加样回收率R_(1)为99.7%、Rg_(1)为99.8%、Rb_(1)为97.6%,RSD分别为1.6%,1.1%,1.1%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,灵敏,重现性好,可作为丹参益心胶囊中三七皂苷R_(1)、人参皂苷Rg_(1)、人参皂苷Rb_(1)的含量测定的方法。Objective To study the determination method of panax notoginseng saponins R_(1), ginsenoside Rg_(1)and ginsenoside Rb_(1)in Danshen Yixin capsule. Methods HPLC was used to determine the contents of panax notoginseng saponins R_(1), ginsenoside Rg_(1)and ginsenoside Rb_(1).Results The recovery rates of panax notoginseng saponins R_(1), ginsenoside Rg_(1)and ginsenoside Rb_(1)were 99.7%, Rg_(1)99.8% and Rb_(1)97.6%, with RSD of 1.6%, 1.1%, 1.1%(n=6), respectively.Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible, and can be used as a method for the determination of panax notoginseng saponins R_(1), ginsenoside Rg_(1)and ginsenoside Rb_(1)in Shenyixin capsules.
