壮药山芝麻的化学成分和药理研究进展

摘　　要：山芝麻为梧桐科植物山芝麻的干燥根,为广西民间常用的壮药。其化学成分包括三萜、甾体和倍半萜内酯类等成分,药理作用包括抗炎镇痛、抗肝、肺纤维化、抗氧化、免疫调节和抗肿瘤等作用。文章综述了十年来山芝麻的化学成分和药理研究概况,为山芝麻的临床应用和深入研究提供参考。Helicteres angustifolia L. is the dried root of Helicteres angustifolia, family Syzygium.and is a common Zhuang medicine for Guangxi folk. Its chemical composition includes triterpenes, sterols and sesquiterpene lactones, etc. Its pharmacological effects include anti-inflammatory and analgesic, anti-hepatic, pulmonary fibrosis, antioxidant, immunomodulatory and anti-tumor effects. This paper reviews the chemical composition and pharmacological research profile of Helicteres angustifolia L. over the past decade, to provide a reference for the clinical application and in-depth study of Helicteres angustifolia.
