摘　　要：应用《金匮要略》历节病篇的中医临床诊疗思维理论,来探析类风湿关节炎的中医病因病机、临床表现,并应用所列主要方证来指导中医临床诊疗,具有较高的临床指导价值,可有效提高临床疗效。To explore the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of rheumatoid arthritis by applying the theory of clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the section on history and Jinkui Yaolue in the book of TCM,and to apply the listed main prescriptions and syndromes to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, it has high clinical guiding value and can effectively improve the clinical effect.
