摘　　要：蒋长庚主任从风痰论治儿童抽动症的经验值得借鉴,文章从病因病机、治法方药及验案等方面,总结蒋主任在临床上治疗儿童抽动症的经验。蒋长庚主任认为儿童抽动症属中医肝风范畴,病位主要在肝,风动痰扰是该病病机关键,注重病因辨证和五脏辨证相结合,治疗上以搜风涤痰为大法,自拟搜风涤痰汤应用于临床,且重视心理疗法在该病治疗中的作用,取得显著临床疗效。蒋长庚主任从风痰论治儿童抽动症的理念在临床实践中行之有效,搜风涤痰法为治疗儿童抽动症的重要治疗大法,值得进一步深入研究。To summary Director Jiang Changgeng’s experience on treating tourette syndrome in children from the perspective of wind and phlegm.Summarising Director Jiang’s clinical experience on treating children with tourette syndrome in terms of its etiology, treatment methods, prescriptions and case summaries.The disease is mainly located in the liver, and wind-driven phlegm disturbance is the key to the pathogenesis of the disease. Focusing on the combination of syndrome differentiation of Five zang-organs and etiology. Dr.Jiang developed Soufengditantang and applied it in clinical practice.Dr. Jiang also focuses on the role of psychotherapy on the treatment of this disease and has achieved remarkable clinical results.Director Jiang’s concept of treating tourette syndrome in children from the perspective of wind and phlegm has been effective in clinical practice, and the Soufengditantang is an important treatment for tourette syndrome in children, which deserves further study.
